SuperHero Saturday Xtraordinary Infusion…
Bring It to the Fridge

Fridge PoemI woke this morning to discover that my husband Todd had paused in the throes of his productive, busy life (particularly so, as we are packing house and moving West in the next 2 weeks).  He had stilled time and created this treasure for all of us to read.  He didn’t tell us it was there or that he had created it.  We needed to discover it, when the time was right and be present enough to not only notice it, but read it and allow the words of love to sink in deep and true.

I don’t know about your home, but in ours The Fridge is a place of high regard (not the inside, although we love to indulge there too), but the doors and side hold items and symbols of profound meaning.  Pictures of those we love, creations of art by our wee ones and (the side is of a practical nature with lists and upcoming events to remember).  A few months ago I added “Poem Word Magnets” to the mix to see where it may lead us in creative ventures. As I stood taking in my soul friend and hubby’s sentiment, I felt so grateful I did.

Heroics can come in grand gestures and donning the cape to save one from danger or sorrow; but, equally as powerful are the acts that leave us quietly richer and glowing from the love alive and well within and around us.

dandelion-766667_640Take a moment today to Xtraordinarily change someone’s day with a sweet act of love, whether that is a poem of magnets or words of your own, or a flower picked from a garden or a moment where you lead him or her by the hand to stand in a gentle embrace or dance in the living room.  Heroism begins within and persons-768597_640in the home, then and only then, can we soar out into the world to offer the essence of what we know so well for ourselves.

Wishing you a SuperHero Saturday and each and everyday throughout your week.

Would LOVE to hear how you made today heroic for someone!  Now, please do visit our Wall of Wall & Xtraordinary Game-Changer Steffi Black and see how you too can #spreadthekindness in your home, community, biz and the world!

In celebration of the Cape and the one inside it,
